Custom cut sous vide lids are ideal for sous vide cooking as they reduce evaporation during cooking and improve recovery time. They also ensure better temperature stability and increased energy efficiency. Polycarbonate lids are a more economical and environmentally friendly option than cling film. For use with the Creative Series Sous Vide Immersion Circulator CRC-5AC1B.
